Let me tell you first about the Application, its MBC3 mobile application which is an entertainment application and it is considered in the Arab world as a competitor for Disney application

The application has a lot of free content and paid content our target audience was from Egypt , KSA, Kuwait , Emirates

We had subscriptions from Egypt , Iraq and Algeria but in Algeria we had no payment options so there were no profits , KSA showed higher subscriptions than Egypt

The plan:

• We analyzed the competitors and we did a market research
• Build a target audience persona from each country
• Analyzing user experience on the app
• We aim to fix any Technical issues over the app
• SEO optimization over android and apple stores
• Start execution as soon as possible and monitoring
• After building the ultimate buyer persona we managed to understand each segment with its problems and challenges and we managed to put solutions and marketing steps such as offers, and reformulation of the content to target the right persona
• A localization for keywords, and production of videos with a local accent and cultural cues for each country
• We used the ultimate keywords for each country and we analyzed competitor’s keywords
• Providing the audience with easier payment options such as ( fawry , Etisalat , STC )

Results

• Increased downloads rates up to 91% for android and 9% for apple
• Increase profits up to 45 % for android and 55 % for ap11ples
• By analyzing the market percentages and rates we found that we can increase apple store downloads by 15 % and thus increase profits
• Results show a great increasement in installing the app after 9 weeks from 33 k to 444k
• Uplifting CVR percentage up to 39%
